I have noticed I get about 5% better mileage using B100 over diesel #2. Last summer I ran out of biodiesel, so I ran mostly diesel, and my mileage dropped to 39 from 41-42 mpg. I attribute that to my regions lousy fuel, 40 cetane where my car was designed for 47 minimum. Biodiesel commonly is 50 cetane or higher.
