Terrible news. Is there a "bare minimum" set of repairs you need to get it running again? This is what I *think* you absolutely need to do :

14. Factory rims -> Steelies
16. Hit in the Face by taking the stock shift knob!! -> becomes no-name knob
18. Side mirrors?!!! -> Becomes mirror downsize/delete
