This is why, when I finally get my own home, I want to install both an outdoor boiler and a biomass incinerator/generator.
Leaves and grass clippings, etc, are abundant here in the country. Free fuel!
And it'll be better for me to burn them in an incinerator, than have the neighbors burning them in the open.
