I've never managed to get 22 MPG with my V-6 Mustang, even with its heavier curb weight and
four times the piston displacement(!)
I'd bet I could get around 30 MPG with HHO, fuel line magnets, a "Tornado" air management system, a "Fitch Fuel Catalyst", "Dixie Caps" on my injectors, $25 "Pulstar" spark plugs, a K&N air filter, ...
