I could make them square boxes so no compound curves. Just flat curves on top and on the front and back. The top of the wheel arches are pretty flat i would just need a good amount of body overlap in front and behind the wheels. Lol.
I would rather keep with the rounded curves of the body and not make it any larger than neccesary but square covers are a last option lol.
Driving home i noticed that trucks have more squared arches than cars. I think that might allow a larger range of tire sizes with the tallest tire sticking up into the top of the lowererd wheel well line but if its shorter tire it will still look okay. But the well has to be wide enough for the biggest tire.
