I've got 2000sq ft (13 full size cars!) rented at the moment..

All that seems to have happened is that both myself and my mate (with whom I share the rent) have parked various cars there, awaiting the glory of the "Completed project!"

I have, at the moment..

1x 320 Bmw e30, awaiting a complete overhaul- sitting on tyres

1x 325 BMW e30 awaiting a 3.5 m30 conversion (it'll be my drift/track car)

The Saab as a daily driver (need to get cracking on a WAI before winter arrives!)

The Burd's Clio

The Burd asking for mk 1 Golf/rabbit cabrio...

Not to mention the unit is 180 mile round trip from my new flat..

Therefore I know what you mean about "too many projects!"

We lost almost 2 months cleaning and painting the unit before we moved stuff in- nice to have a pleasant workplace-

we have electricity, running watter , sink and a fridge in the unit, plus a toilet at the end of the access corridor. I'm tempted to get a cheap caravan and stay there over the weekends..
