The Michelin Energy Saver is available in H, V, or W in that size - I'm running the W-rated version - but they won't come cheap.
Goodyear have the EfficientGrip in V and W.
In Europe, you're not allowed to use tyres with a lower rating than fits the car's Vmax.
(Winter tyres are exempt from that rule.)
