Cheap tires are worth what you pay for them (not much); the last set of cheap tires caused my last accident. Someone came into my lane, I swerved to avoid them, I ended up kissing he guardrail at 70mph, then got broadsided as I bounced back into traffic. Wasn't worth the money I saved since I totalled a three year old car and nearly lost my life. I'm always willing to pay for good rubber.
