I've been a long-time VW TDI nut, and usually keep mine for 400,000 + miles before I sell them, but after having recently aquired a 2003 model and having no more room in my driveway for another car, it's time to sell my 2000 Jetta TDI.

Mods:
Totally stock except for: Mufflerectomy to reduce weight and back pressure,

45-48 mpg consistantly in mixed driving. Several 800+ mile tanks. (50+ mpg)

I work at a VW Dealership and have maintained it very well. It has a few cosmetic blemishes on it, but my daily commute of 200 miles is 99.9% highway so it may have a few rock chips, but there's NO rust on it at all.

New Timing Belt, Rollers and Waterpump (they all get changed together on TDI's).
New Tires
Recent Brakes and Glowplugs earlier this year.
