Looking good, dpero.
Outside, side view, I'd cut 6-8' off the back. Maybe leave but the the axle where it is for front to rear balance. Shoot for 10% on the tongue. Inside, top view, rethink your floor plan (post #23) for left to right balance. Rear bed is nice. Can you center it? Pinch the side walls in leaving just enough inside width to tuck the covers. Low head room back there seems fine since it's dedicated mattress not dinette too so crawling in/out works.
