Terminology for Engine off vs Engine on hypermiling techniques

Is there a good way to differentiate between Engine off and Engine on hypermiling techniques?

As I understand it EOC and P&G are typically engine off but don't need to be. I've seen some people use EO(n)C and EO(ff)C which is clearer but a little awkward. Haven't seen anything similar for P&G.

Just trying to get a better idea of what techniques people are using so I know what works and what works better.
