Yes, you did, and I plan to use that terminology until I come across (and hardwire it into my brain) something better. By "better" I mean not only distinguishing between engine on and off, but also written in such a way that new members will not get it confused. For example, only recently did I find out that P&G implies engine offing, and not general "accelerate&coast regardless of the state of the engine".
