I've talked to the Department Of Natural Resources around here about using bio-diesel in their heavy equipment because they started out asking me about options for electric vehicles, as the heavy equipment tends to have people close to it breathing the exhaust.
I'm not sure when they are going to make the change but I'm pretty sure that a change will happen, at least around here.
