Years ago I came upon this website
The Fuelless Engine Plans they sell plans for building different types of "free" energy devices. I actually got their plans for building your own hydrogen electrolysis fuel cell, and while the results were less than impressive, I blame that on the fact that I didn't exactly follow the plans and built one out of items I had laying around, namely a mason jar and some nails. I ask because one of their offerings, they call the fuelless engine, is a high efficiency electric motor that if indeed it is all it's cracked up to be should be of interest to anyone thinking about doing and ev conversion.
