Make the mods stealthy.
If you want to go all the way and add a boat-tail, look into the regulation regarding external bike or luggage carriers.
If Slovenia is anything like Belgium, the regulations say nothing about the looks of these things

It's usually rather easy to make one yourself.
If you install it from the inside, it doesn't have to be as nice.
