The 90deg welded angle on the swaybar will cause it it flex more than if it was solid. This also applies a moment force to the welds.
May I suggest using a bent piece of round bar for this purpose. It will provide a more even force and will eliminate the weld stress.
Looks like you paid good attention to triangulation in the front end, I bet it is very stable when cornering.
I'd think with a good belt and a foam/fiberglass body, 100 MPG would be easy, 125 should be very doable. Bodyless, what does it get right now? Max MPH?
