As a general rule, "Not so much". Women make the majority of car purchase decisions in the U.S. and is the U.S. fleet really getting more efficient? Almost 100% of them say they like to sit up high, and wouldn't it be great to have a big*** SUV. Look around out on the road- way more than 50% of the traffic out there is women driving around. Status and following the herd are on top of the list, followed by *perceived* comfort, then *perceived* safety, then somewhere down around #23 is fuel efficiency.
