Tire burst is well over 100 PSI. It might be a problem if you have really, really low quality tires or if your tire is damaged. Don't worry if your tire is a few PSI over max sidewall. You are much more likely to have problems with underinflation than overinflation.
My tires are at 65 PSI, at the moment, or they were a month ago before it got cold.
