Probably around $50 for gorilla tape, and the various screws, nuts, and washers I've used. My coroplast, aluminum, and plexiglass were all free/taken from the mountains of random building supplies in my garage.
I think I'll get a mpgguino for xmas, so that's about $40 last time I checked.
I've saved at least $300 in gas though, and that's probably a very low estimate.
