So my thought is to put chloroplast on the rad down to the point where the IC starts. Thus blocking most of the rad, and letting the air go through the IC unimpeded. Then the same air will hit the rad and cool the engine. In reference to the pic of the silver benz above, I will be blocking the upper portion and not the lower.

So how should I fasten the chloroplast to the rad? Will zipties cut through the material?
