Yup, I looked for that for about a year before I found it (I didn't know I was looking for a water heater drain pan) :

The great thing about the drain pan is that while it is *not* an ideal aero-shape (90 degree angular corners), it can be a strong/flexible "foundation" for a more aero-clean implementation.
