A muffler from anything with an engine as big or bigger will do. Like with any ICE you'll get better power out of it if the exhaust pressures are low. Say, do you have an old geo one...
You should consider where you want the exhaust to go. With some pipe and fittings you could rout the exhaust gas to go where you want. You could even make it into a heater with an radiator and fan... but you'd have to be careful with that one...
