That's the VW Beetle version. I am pretty sure that mine is a Scion xA (with VW Beetle headlights?!?!?!?) :
If you nix the ears and the tail, that's a pretty smooth nose and stylin wheel covers.
I still can't figure out how Pikachu fits in the car, lets alone steers and pedals :
