The rationale for the clear plastic things was that I just happened to have those two pieces of lexan.
One neat thing about the lexan things is that they flip down for hood access. They also flip up/down when I decelerate strongly depending on the speed (above a certain speed it flips up).
What, no comments on the orange brake calipers (got the can of paint on clearance and just tried it out FSAG).
I've since found another can of primer grey for even cheaper so that I can cover up the evidence.
