I have 2004 S80 2.5T 128k 28-29 cold weather, 34 mpg warm weather driving easy, 26-28 with other people stomping the keys. Been considing how to put 1 on a diet. Had a Prius for 2 years also until it got shorter
. I have had them for 30 years 4-240d & gl, 242T. I still have a 64 122s( find time to do brakes and Weber rebuilds). I was a Tech at the dealer on them in the 80's. Have ran all on 87 grade ( except the 2 diesels LOL). a couple of them had over 300k and 82 240 had 485k when got rear-ended at at light. The computers will comp and you will get a little better mileage /performance with the 91/93, but not enough to offset the up-charge IMO Good Driving
Note I'm down south mainly drive in MS-SC-FL area, and do not run the car hard. Up north the high test may make a bigger difference ??
