I'd definitely look into what is causing the bad mileage on the Camry. I wouldn't even waste time doing aero mods until it is fixed.

As for the F250, that will be an interesting one. If you use it mainly as a tow rig, you'll probably benefit as much if not more from modifying your trailer than the truck itself.

Instrumentation is an excellent place to start. For the camry (which I assume isn't OBDII compliant) your best option is the probably the mpguino which was developed by a user here on EM. For the other two there are numerous devices to use. Most people use the scangauge II, but the ultra gauge seems to be a popular (and inexpensive) up and comer.
