The draw back is that hydrogen is it's expensive because the stuff you can buy is hydrogen that has been separated out from natural gas, not made by splitting water, it takes such a large amount of energy to split water that it is cheaper to brake appart the natural gas, so it might end up being the most expensive fuel you can find.
Also you also should not use it indoors as it's still using up large volumes of oxygen from the air.
