Had one of those on a '66 390-V8. Hated it almost as much as a BBD on a '71 383-V8 (Spread-bore, vacuum-secondary 4V carbs on V8 engines were far better when they were also stamped CARTER ThermoQuad and ROCHESTER QuadraJet. Too bad for the many who never learned to tune them properly; an adjustable part-throttle made them great for cruising FE). Both the BBD and Holley leaked badly at the throttle shafts after 70k miles.
Did I miss it? What are you putting this on?
Had a 200 cid straight six in a '79 Fairmont a few years back and converted it to a Weber style carb that was worth a few mpg.
