Having just installed pizza pan hubcaps on my Geo Metro I can tell you there are simple solutions to ya'lls issues. First I drilled and tapped 2 holes in my steelies on the inner ring that sticks out, then I drilled a hole for the valve stem to stick through. Lastly, I bolted on the pizza pan using 2 bolts. Because of how short the valve stems are I installed short metal valve stem extenders. The end result is a decent looking pizza pan hubcap with a metal valve stem sticking out for easy access to add and check the tire pressure.
