If you smooth the underside completely, then the chin spoiler is moot.

An upper grill block and a gasket seal fro the hood are key. The lower grill can be blocked as well, if you no longer have A/C and if you need no cooling air for the under hood area. The indents where the fog lights would be can also be covered.

A rear Kamm back, or partial Kamm back would be very important.

If you do smooth wheel covers, then there is no need for alloy wheels. Rear wheel skirts would be a big improvement.

On an EV, you might see improvements with light bulb replacements: the headlights could be HID or LED. All the marker lights could be LED.
