Does anyone else think this is a odd place to debut this fuel sipping wonder...?
Qatar is an oil- and gas-rich nation, with the third largest gas reserves, and the highest GDP per capita in the world.
One would think they wouldn't be very receptive at the prospect of selling less oil in the future.
Or it could be the Germans just like rubbing it their face...
