Mileage can vary, with a fast moped like that you can see your mileage drop drastically, down in to the 30's, most mopeds in stock form get 100mpg the two Tomos mopeds I have owned got 80-90mpg for the 1980 Bullet with an after market performance exhaust and my stock 2005 Arrow would get 107mpg or so, bicycle kits tend to get the same kind of mileage, some of them with 4 stroke engines going 20mph get 200mpg if you are light and live in a flat area but the faster you go the more your mileage drops so 100mpg at 30mph is pretty common.
