Partly an annoyance and partly a question.

Earl Grey Tea - with milk or without ?

Went for a meal at an italian place in Edinburgh this afternoon with friends and asked for one instead of coffee after the meal - I like Earl grey with milk but they served it without.

I know, not really going to bring down China is it ?
