Hey Paul,

They do! but after 4/0 they call it MCM. It starts at 250 and goes all the way to 2000. What you would be looking for is about 700MCM which has a cross section of 0.5498 in^2. If I remember correctly, you were using 1/2 x 1 bus bar. so this is a hair larger.
