With the combination of specs posted here The lobe height of the base cam is 1.5911 and the lift is 330 so subtract those and you get 1.2611 for the base circle for the cam. The lobe height of the XFi is 1.5602 so subtract the base circle from that and it gives you 0.2991 so we can say the lift of the xfi is 300. Now I just need some time with a degree wheel on my engine or someone else can do it and get the measurements for the duration of the cam.
Searching around teamswift I got lucky and found this:

I have added another profile to the 89-up 3cyl. cam list.
Due to a high amount of requests, I now have a 'fuel economy' cam. It is a profile with shorter duration, and lesser lift than the stock cam. This would be of benefit to somebody who uses their car primarily as a commuter vehicle. It is not a performance cam. In conjunction with a +10 timing advance sprocket, you will feel stronger bottom end power, and recieve superior overall fuel mileage.
Testing is underway to document the actual MPG gains, but this is a known quantity, and it works.
Lift is .305" (7.75mm), and duration at .050" is 184

I believe his cam is very similar to the xfi if not a direct regrind copy so I would take these numbers as close enough for anyone wanting to play with an engine analyzer program and see if they can come up with the perfect cam.
