OK, if you'll explain to us why it is that the news media only publicize the pro-union demonstrators, when it's pretty obvious - looking at anything from polls to the posts here - that there's a sizeable chunk of the public that doesn't support the unions. (A chunk that's probably a majority, if you count the people who fall somewhere between the two extremes.)
So is free speech only worthy of being heard when it's the speech of a slogan-chanting mob? What about those who prefer to think & speak for ourselves, and so find that sort of group-speak repellent, even when it's used in support of a goal we might otherwise approve?
