If you can't find any lowering springs you can always cut one (or 1/2) coil off the existing spring.
You need to replace the leaky strut anyway so you will already have it off.
I am sure you will do the dis-assembly yourself, so why not handle the spring issue then?
Heat is bad for springs so don't use a torch.
Cutoff wheel or hacksaw (if you want Popeye arms)
IIRC the Hondas don't have a flat end coil.
So all you have to do is re-align the perch.
I may be wrong though,
