Hey I can see you guys know quite a bit about echo's. I have been reading this forum for a while but never posted anything. I was wondering if any of you have done a muffler delete? If so, better MPG? Had mine unbolted the other day and could actually hear the engine runnning for once. Without a tach. sometimes I can't tell if the engine is still running or not.
Also, have any of you done any intake mods?
I have a scan gauge and I am a mechanical engineer at Arizona State University. Currently averaging 50.2 mpg over the last year with my 2002 toyota echo (manual).
