What are amps rated at anyway? 12volts? 14.4? 14?

I've noticed that there's a HUGE difference between 12 and 14 volts.

Hey, your from OK? I used to live there! I'm an audiophile myself, although not as into it lately. It's been mostly hypermile hypermile hypermile!
