You dont need tank size to calculate Price per Km
You need two things:
fuel economy L/100km (Eco100km)
fuel price per liter (PriceL)
Price per kilometer (PriceKm) = Eco100km * PriceL / 100
Example:
Eco100km = 7.5
PriceL = 1.2 EUR
PriceKm = 7.5 * 1.2 / 100 = 0.09EUR
So it is 9 eurocents per Km
