mrbigh: i got my vla chips today. thanks! box was a little rough when it got here, but they should be fine...if they can't handle a little shipping they're gonna cry when they see what i have in mind for them.
also got my igbt's today. 300 amp, 600 volt, single modules. i have four of them, and they're brand new. if anyone wants them, i'd sell them cheap (paid 25 each for them, i'd sell them for less)
