looking for a fix on the web for a fix to my drastic FE reduction form 27-30 on the tps (according to sgII) I found this on the web for enriching the mixture after the engine is modified, could it also be used to lean it out for low speed driving?

Looking at this circuit, a plain variable resistor could be spliced in line of the 5v feed, hooked up to a microswitch on the pedal so that if the pedal is pressed more than a preset amount the resistor will be bypassed and the vehicle will function as intended, or kept lean as the driver saw fit.
