You will be probably OK on the gearing. I run with 300 cc about 6000 rpm at the 110 km speed.
For a 500 that would mean 3600 rpm if the fairing is comparable. Assuming that the paperbox fairing is less efficient so than you need some more rev's so with the 4500 you will be in the wright range.
I certainly hope that you will show up in het Vetter contest, I am sure it will be an inspiring experience.
