I've played with "paparazzi" before. Once I stopped behind the car, the driver sat inside for 1-2 minutes, opened the door, stuck his head out and looked back at me, closed the door and drove off. It turned out (much later) that the guy was a local mafia member. Talk about playing with fire! |
I only know of one state with unrestricted conceal and carry, and that's Vermont. Maybe there are a few more. Most states have some restrictions (license requirements), which vary in strictness.
