The m60 lump has too many valves and cylinders, and not as nice power delivery!

I wouldnt fit an s50 in an e34-better just to buy an m5..

aero84- you may be onto something- these old cars just keep tooling along, and I cna get 30+ UK mpg out it if I try.. but the real fun is in the grunt from 2000rpm- makes it "lively" in the twisties
