Those torque converters from x2 are likely to be for engines that turn upward of 10,000 rpm and have minimal torque.
Check this out
A BSA transmission.

There are a lot of motorcycle transmissions on ebay.
Look for BSA, Norton, matchless, triumph, enfield, AJS
They shift on right side and need a clutch which mounts external to the chain drive. Top gear is always 1:1
