I'm considering all options

maybe using the transmission to drive a rear wheel on my car in a mild parallel hybrid? Keep 4 batteries in the trunk and have a mote of regen.

The jackshaft would be another efficiency/fabrication hit is all. And I fancy some designs on a two speed jackshaft that would eliminate the transmission entirely for me.

Maybe turn it upside down and reverse the rotation too, if I thought the gears would stay lubed.

Is your sprocket on the right for your motorcycle of choice?

I think I am going to have to reconsider the value of the separately sealed transmission in this 2 stroke :P
