It's only around $12,000 in batteries (99 lithium 100amp*hr thunderskys). You could go really ultra cheap on the rest of the stuff (brushed DC motor and controller for example) with that body and still get a similar ballpark figure for the range I think. over 200 miles range with such a relatively small total energy in the batteries is really impressive!
