for your project i would whole-heartedly recommend a cool turbo diesel if you can get your hands on one... they are all over the place in central america on small pickups and suvs. also the nissan frontier came with a killer turbo diesel in other countries...

From what I can find, the NEO version is a two-year-only grandfather to the still-made YD25DDTI (2001-current), and it
*appears* the only changes were to the injection system itself. Do you have any additional info or URL's regading this motor?
