Still not linear. Did I misunderstand?

When I first noticed this, years ago, I thought it was simply because 11 is prime. So I tried this:

600/16=37.5
600/14=42.857142 (42.86)
logic suggests that the answer to 15 then should be 37+2.675871= 40.178571... But it's Not...it's just 40.

A difference of .178571. Thinking back, the difference was .45e, just a couple numbers ago...

The closer the numerator is to the denominator, the difference gets exponentially smaller.
